My style is Swedish massage with the aim to encourage relaxation for the body, increase blood flow and reduce any tension and stress. A little chat will happen before the treatment so you can speak about how your body and heart is feeling so that the massage can be adapted to suit your needs. 
 
I will supply the massage table, towels and oils. The client is expected to keep underwear on during all treatments.
