Any Questions?

What's included in the escorted electric bike tour fee?

An experienced Mountain Bike level 2 leader (British Cycling) and Qualified First Aider, electric peddle assistbikes, and helmets. All bikes are fitted with a bell and lights.

What’s not included in the fee?

Refreshments/meals en-route, wet weather gear, protective glasses, gloves and gratuities.

What’s the age range?

Our tours are suitable for anyone over 16 years old.

What should I wear and bring?

If it's sunny bring sunglasses or other eye protection. You are welcome to bring your own helmet and gloves. Take care to consider the weather forecast – on a hot day you will need sun- screen for any exposed area of skin, on cooler days bring layers (you can store items in a small backpack). Most comfortable footwear is fine. The bikes have comfortable  saddles – of course you can wear padded cycling shorts if you have them.

Refreshments?

Our ride will stop at a local pub for a 30 min fuel stop.

Can I bring my dog or gerbil?

Electric bike tours New Forest do not allow dogs ( or other pets) to come on the rides.

Can I bring my own electric bike?

If you already own an electric bike that's suitable for off road trips, contact us and we'll supply you with a discount code for 25% off the price. We recommend that you bring a spare inner tube.

What if the weather is unsuitable for riding?
